1. Services
Angel Creative Co. is a boutique branding and marketing agency based in Texas under the umbrella of Admin Angel Life, LLC. We offer brand strategy and consulting, done-for-you brand management, marketing services, and digital products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal prior to the start of any project.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. The following standard payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date.

Remaining balances are due per the schedule outlined in your proposal.

Late payments may result in paused project work and/or late fees as specified in your agreement.

All prices are in USD. We accept payment via the methods listed on your invoice.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, all deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date at the hourly rate outlined in your agreement. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
4. Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Work
Upon receipt of final payment in full, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, as outlined in your service agreement. This includes logos, copy, graphics, and other custom brand assets.
Agency-Retained Work
Angel Creative Co. retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused designs, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary processes — unless explicitly transferred in a signed written agreement. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Third-Party Assets
Any stock images, fonts, or licensed third-party elements used in your project are subject to their respective license agreements. We will inform you of any licensing requirements that require ongoing fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the best results, clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete information and materials in a timely manner.

Respond to feedback requests within the timeframes outlined in your agreement.

Obtain any necessary permissions for materials (photos, copy, etc.) provided to us.

Notify us promptly of any changes in project scope or direction.
Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Angel Creative Co.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Requests beyond the included scope may be subject to additional fees. Scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.
7. Confidentiality
Angel Creative Co. treats all client information as confidential and will not share your business information, strategy, or materials with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. We may use anonymized project data and general outcomes for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Angel Creative Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or follower counts as a result of our branding or marketing services. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Digital Products
All digital products sold through Angel Creative Co. (including ebooks, templates, and guides) are for personal or single-business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products without written permission. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed.
10. Website Use
By using angelcreative.co, you agree not to:
